Description:

3D modeling & 3D printing are some of the fastest growing STEM fields. Students will learn to take their ideas and turn them into 3D objects using a variety of different software programs including 3D Builder, Blender and Pixologic’s Sculptris. Students will learn important concepts for creating their models in a digital 3D environment such as modifying simple shapes to create complex designs, texture mapping, lighting and rendering. Students will then have the opportunity to 3D print their creations.  No previous experience required, but students should be comfortable using a computer.

Ages: 12 and up
Cost: $275.00 for 10 classes
