NWAC reserves the right to cancel any camp that fails to meet the minimum enrollment numbers required for teacher participation. If NWAC needs to cancel a camp due to low enrollment, we will notify parents 2 weeks out that the class will cancel in one more week. If no additional students sign up, parents will be notified and a full refund will be issued on the credit card used.
If you cancel 14 days prior to the camp session starting date, NWAC will retain $50 for administration and processing fees. As an option to canceling, you may transfer to another camp for no fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the camp session starting date and once the camp has begun, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits.
In the event of a medical condition that causes cancellation, a full refund (less $50 admin and processing fees) will be given if we cannot move the child into another program. Written notification from the family and physician are required.
If your child leaves camp early or doesn’t attend online, or for any other reason, there will be no refund.
If NWAC cancels a summer camp due to low registration, you will be refunded the full amount.
