Gracen grew up in Snoqualmie Valley where she first learned how to work on a pottery wheel at Mt.Si High School. Quickly becoming more of an obsession, Gracen’s art mentor recognized her passion, allowing her to assist with classroom demonstrations. Gracen went on to get certified for instructing Kids Aerial Yoga, Adult Yin/Vinyasa Yoga and sound-bath mediation, all while being an artist in residence for Mercer Island High School. Gracen strives to be a safe space for new artists to find and express their own voice throughout the creative process, as she had with her own art mentor.
