Rebecca (Becca) Hall has been creating mixed media art for 40 years and for the last 4 years has been teaching workshops at NWAC. A firm believer that everyone is artistic, she emphasizes creativity doesn’t need rules – only guidelines and encouragement.

A mother of one, Becca lives in Snohomish County with her husband and two ornery dogs.
